1  Main Index / General Stuff / the MafRIAA on: August 31, 2007, 09:57:55 pm
Not a day goes by where I don't see an article saying that the RIAA is destroying internet radio, or that some internet broadcaster is being sued out of business.  I've read a hundred things that say Sound Exchange has the "legal" right to demand royalties for every song played on the internet, regardless of if the copyright owner cares or not.  The news is getting scarier and scarier.  Is this all FUD, or is wazee the new weed?  Will internet broadcasting be the new noose through which the government holds their strangle on the populace?

Someone prove me wrong!
