this news article has me WTFing so much. first off, why would they want a live-in 12 year old concubine in the first place! secondly, that guy does not actually look 12! of course he's in his twenties! the sickest case i've read about in a while.

There is no cure for these types of sexual deviants that I have heard of. In fact I watched a doc. on these sicko's on PBS around 7-10 years ago. The experts that they interviewed claimed that they believed that these people are at a very high risk to re-offend and that despite several years of rehab they would always be at risk to the community.
So what to do with them?
I say they should all be housed on an Island where they are free to molest each other.
No chance for parole,...no chance for recidivism.
We are perpetuating the cycle of abuse by letting these people out into society again to victimize more innocent children. Who, in turn are the next generation of abusers.
I have seen case after case where repeat offenders now go to great lengths to hide their crimes. The violence increases every time they are released.
They get smarter in jail and learn from others how to "troll" like these guys did in your story frontrowgirl.
They soon realize that the best way to stay out of jail and free to stalk other prey, is to murder their victims. Dead kids tell no tales as it were.
These guys NEED to be REMOVED from the populous to stop them from EVER hurting another child.
P.S. I am quite passionate about this, these perverts need to be stopped. At all cost.
