Legume anyone?

no I'm gonna pass on the legume Fedak, they go right through me like a frieght train............... and then there is the smell as well. Not good.
I like getting my protien from meat. Chicken mostly,....skinned breast no oil a little salt and pepper. Yum.

I was reffering to peanuts being legumes, but I get my protein from multiple sources. You know, like anything that had a brain and looked like either a cow, chicken, fish, or pig.

I like a nice roast, cooked in the oven at a low temperature for half a day, with vegetables, a little bit pink towards the center and more cooked towards the outside.
Eaten with horseradish or dijion mustard. Also nice for sandwiches.

Anna Nichol Smith. She just died an hour as of this writing and well to say I'm not surprised would be fibbing.
She was found colapsed in a florida Hotel room and was unresponsive.
this coming after her son passed away from a methadone and anti Depressent overdose.
Not to mention the legal and personal tornado surrounding her.
Sad
But what a eff'd up life she had.

I don't know if anybody else is following this whole ANS trainwreck.
But here is the latest in this three ring Circus

1) Prince Frederick von Anhalt, 64, husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, tells the AP that he had a decade-long affair with Anna Nicole Smith and that he might be the father of her 5-month old daughter, Dannielynn.
 
2) Legendary boxing promoter Don King is holding a press conference at his office in Deerfield Beach, Fla. to discuss the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Our sources say that King will discuss his experience with Anna during a recent boxing match she attended at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.

3) The hotel where Anna Nicole Smith was discovered unconscious yesterday has transformed into Fort Knox. Plainclothes officers and private security are stationed all over the hotel, roaming the floors and protecting the elevators.

4) Anna Nicole Smith's attorney, Ron Rale, drew further speculation as to who is the father of Anna's daughter, Dannielynn. In a press conference today, Rale commented on Larry Birkhead's claims that he is the baby's father by saying, "Maybe he is, maybe he isn't." This appears to be the first time that a member of Anna's camp has acknowleded that there is even a slight possibility that Birkhead is Dannielynn's biological father.
 
5) Anna Nicole Smith had a brush with death only a short time before she died yesterday afternoon.
"ET" correspondent Mark Steines told "Today" about a recent event where Anna Nicole Smith was found face down in the pool at her Bahamian residence. Howard K. Stern found her, and her bodyguard pulled her from the water, gave her CPR and "saved her life at that point."

6)A California judge on Friday refused to order an emergency DNA test on the body of Anna Nicole Smith as part of a paternity suit involving her infant daughter, but he ordered that the body be preserved until a hearing February 20, attorneys said.

7)Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern were to be married in the Bahamas February 23rd, according to published reports. ET says anchor Mark Steines had been invited to the wedding.

8)After an eerie rant on yesterday's "The View" slamming Anna Nicole Smith, Rosie O'Donnell took to her blog today and characterized the starlet's death as ... loose change? Speaking of yesterday's "View" rant, Rosie, in a case of deeply unfortunate timing, declared her disdain for Anna Nicole and her suspicion of drug use by the former Playmate -- just hours before her death.

9)Chyna Doll aka Joanie Laurer broke down in tears last night on "Larry King Live" as she talked about her "friend" Anna Nicole, and the tears kept coming as she left CNN studios in Hollywood. Reporters and photographers surrounded the sobbing former wrestler as she made her way downstairs and into a waiting car, after her sputtering interview, which was punctuated with objections from Monique Goen aka Mrs. TRIMSPA, who said that Anna told her that Chyna was "a stalker."

10)The autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith began this morning at 9:20 EST.

There will be a news conference later this afternoon.

The news conference just ended and here is what the coroner had to say:

A press conference with police officials and the medical examiner could not reveal much as to what killed Anna Nicole Smith, although Seminole, Florida Police Chief Charlie Tiger says that only prescription -- and not illegal drugs -- were found in the room.

Tiger also says "no evidence has been revealed to suggest that a crime has occurred," and that sworn statements were taken from everyone involved.

While authorities were unable to identify an official cause of death, Broward County Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper said, "the death might be due to some medication, or combination of natural causes and medication."

Perper was able to rule out several speculated causes of death, such as blunt force trauma, gunshot wounds or asphyxia, meaning she did not suffocate to death on her own vomit.

Perper did reveal that a small amount of blood was found in Anna's stomach, which he says is a result of the terminal shock Smith experienced before she died. He also said that no pills or tablets were found in her stomach.

Perper also acknowledged the need for Anna's DNA (due to the ongoing paternity dispute) and said a "large sample" was taken.

According to Perper, an official cause of death would be determined in 3 to 5 weeks.

Well the worlds bound to lose some star or another every few years. Alot of normal people died in the same time as all this media hoopla has happened. No suprises here.
