I do change jobs a lot, but that's because all of my past jobs have sucked ass. But now I have a real job, like, that I actually had to do post secondary education for. So this one should last a while I hope! I'm really excited about it. Its a small design firm with only 2 other designers, and one is the owner/founder. The other designer is also named Jennifer. So that should be interesting lol. Well I am excited anyways. That's all I really have to say about that lol

M@W,..........SO July 1st in Stettler? that's just up the road from me,...I could make the trip ,...we could smoke a fatties and have a few Rye/Cokes...lol August is also good for me too,....just checked my Itinerary for August and it's blank. Where are you camping in Nelson?.....we could potentially hook up there as well. Let me know what your schedule is like.

Anyhow I need to update some Firmware, doesn't that sound like more fun than a root canal?

Haha.  Thanks for the advice BK.  Actually just went to the gym with him last night for my first workout.  His comment was "don't worry, lot's of old guys go".  Bullshit.  Average age was about 20 (hey, nothing wrong with that - I guess I'm just twice as good as average, age-wise anyway, hehe...)

My opinion?  Well, the workout kicked my ass.  Huffin' and puffin' just from punching a bag -- who'd of thunk it?  I was so oxygen deprived I can't even remember the names of the exercises we were doing after all the punching and kicking.  I just remember my stomach muscles telling me "no more" and lying on the mat unable to move for a few seconds (ok, minutes) after it was over.  I just pretended i was stretching until I could get up.

Yeah, so it was a good time.  Think I'll go back a few times a week and see where it goes.  Man, the things I find I like doing...  would've never expected it.

So Don has entered my world of Kickboxing eh?
I think after you have been going for a month or two you will notice your stamina and your strength are increased every time. I must warn you however if you think you can take a week or two off and then return to the same level after your absence ,....well you will be surprised at how quickly you regress. Stick with it and you will be in the best shape of your life Don.
Not to mention a lean, mean, kick ass machine.

Just so you know the first time I went to kickboxing I had avery simular experience to yours,.....only difference was that I actually puked.

Ok, that was two days ago and my stomach muscles still haven't recovered.  I must've been trying too hard to keep up.  This sucks.  I'll live i'm sure, but not before I find a way to get this lactic acid out of my system....

Alrighty.  Done cryin'.  I'll keep you posted BK.  BTW, the guy who got me into this is a boxer.  I would rather kickbox if anything, but right now it's all about the workout.
