lol, this is a funny conversation Smiley  Sherri, I agree "BUT MY MOM COULD BEAT UP YOUR DAD!"

Anyway, The original post that I put in here was concerning the song Fireproof.  I just thought it was a kickass song.  But read the lyrics and it's like "holy crap, this is religious!"  Fireproof? As in proof against the fire of the devil!? C'mon, people, work with me here!@#%

So as for what orion said, yeah Pillar is singing about christianity.  I'm not talking about "Christian Group" meaning their religion, I meant what type of music they sing.

Does Chevelle have christian music lyrics or are they simply a group of christians that keep their music clean (kind of like POD)

who cares if they're christian or not! thats they're personal life and it doesn't matter to me with bands. unless they start singing about christanity or something... i saw chevelle live recently and they rocked out! they we're anything but christian if you ask me. Cool

I've heard the Chevelle is Christian...they are in all the Christian bookstores, but my friend went to go see them and he asked them if they were and they were offended.  He said something like we're "Christians in a band"  sort of thing.  So I don't know.  They rock tremendously!  I really like 'em.

I found Audioslave's album to be fairly spiritual in several places.  Not that they're considered christian rockers.
