Damn.  All you have to do is read the first thread to see the admin's policy.  He says so very clearly.  

(Even to the point he says if you want to record the stream and not break it up, thats ok)

Personally, I use this http://www.xrmx.com/solutions/software/mp3-stream-recorder/ which allows you to record the stream in 1 piece, like a vcr.  That is where "fair use" comes in - as long as you dont alter it in any way (including breaking it up) it's ok.

Hm, why would you refer me to a thread where Ballkick is being an asshole and Music at work backs him up?

For the record, I do not see anything unreasonable or crazy said by bubu in that thread.  All I see is a direct and reasonable request from the Admin, and some partisan bickering by you two against someone who dares to ask questions.

I thought wazee puts out some good music, but this does not seem to be a safe place to be.

I posted an apology to the forum members for my bad behavior. There will be no apology to bubu I'm afraid.
Myself and M@W were quite civil with this guy until he clearly demonstrated that the thickness of his skull was preventing him from hearing the "Rules" pertaining to the use of Wazee's stream.
I cant tell you how unfortunate I think this type of thing is.
I come here to have a good time listening to music, and along the way I have met some of the very best people here. I don't come here to bicker with anybody,.....or piss anyone off.
bubu however did come here to do just that. he had every intention to record and dismantle the stream. and push a few buttonsalong the way too,...I'm almost 100% sure of this.
 
You know it just occurred to me that you are bordering on being just as rude as you accused me and M@W of being,.......Hmmmmm,.......funny eh?

Quantum I hope you do stay here and we can build some sort of a "musical friendship"
I think we should all learn a lesson from the bubu incident.
I for one am not willing to start another war of words,........Life's short Quantum,.......too short to walk around picking fights with people you don't have the slightest inkling about.
