Cant rate songs

all users can now access song ratings again. Curently logging into the rating system is not linked to logging into the forum, in other words you'll have to log into both individually, but they both share the same backend username/password database, so you can use your one login for both.

Not sure how long your list of "to-dos" is but if you can and if you have the time can you look into why I cannot give karma?  I believe there are a handful of people that have had the same problem.  Thanks.

Should be working now.  Must have a minimum of ten posts to qualify for giving karma.

Haha...  Im a few over it.  BUT I still can't give any either.  I remember when I could, there was a plus or a minus (if I remember correctly) that I clicked on to give karma, I don't have anything to click on.  All I can do is see mine and others karma level.

Well, I guess it wasn't that simple then.   

I have a test login for which karma now works.  The only difference between that user and you all is that your accounts were created many moons ago, before the Great Forum Upgrade.

So my theory is that -- similar to the song rating thingy -- these two facts are related.  Can anyone with a new account (and more than ten posts) confirm that karma is working for them?  It should look something like this if it is working:

Karma: +20/-0
[yay!] [boo!]
[ ] Offline

Clicking on the [yay!] will give someone +1 karma.  Give one to DanO or m@w and see if it works please...  Thanks.

As SoCoDanO22 noted in another thread, Karma is working again now!  Yay!  Thanks for the help DanO and music_at_work -- I gave you both some Karma to celebrate.

And now we can revive an old thread that had to be abandoned last year.

I can set it on Linux though ... I think I can plug in a wireless keyboard and mouse .. but they are difficult to find a decent model.
