What is this song?

I have had this song stuck in my head for months. I have searched high and low but can't find anything. Maybe someone can help?

This first part is kind of stop & go singing/yelling:
"Tonight, that's right. Maybe I will ... tomorrow. You're wrong, that's wrong ..."

This is more melodious and starts either another verse or the 2nd part of the chorus:
"Sometimes I will ..."

It's an alternative/rock song ala Hinder, Nickleback, Crossfade, Default, Breaking Benjamin, etc. but for the life of me I can't find it. Help!

I think it's a soundtrack from award winning indie movie. I forget the title, but it's quite popular back then. Let me search my hard drive for the movie.

Edited: The title of the movie is Once. It's an Irish indie movie but starring a well-known musician. But there are some soundtracks, don't know which one.How to approach women

do you know what was a song that wazee played in october 26 At 5:20 pm that goes like: "tell me tell me" love me love ring, ever twiced me" Something like that sang by a woman. Thanks.
