streaming server has a problem... it's happened before for a day or so and once for several months, but who knows how long it will be this time... hopefully not much longer!!!

Well if it is an issue that cannot be fixed due to rmonetery means or equipment - at least post that so we know... the silence from those that should know is quite bewildering....

According to http://www.commlawblog.com/tags/pureplay/, "Any pureplay webcaster can, but does not have to, choose the terms of this agreement over the terms of the March, 2007 CRB decision" which makes it sound like nothing has fundamentally changed for operations of Wazee's scale.
