Sure. I'll send a chunk of change (literally thousands... of pennies) towards the station. Is the usual method of donating via paypal the way to go? I also have a computer lying around that might be better than nothing. I don't think it is a 1GB/3GHz one, but maybe half that. I'll check. Dell OptiPlex GX240 - 2GHz/640MB w/ WinXP Pro (dual core license?)
Be sure -- it weighs an effing ton for such a small box. Shipping it would easily use up the donation i had in mind... no need for money to change hands. The bad thing is that it can only take up to 1GB of ram, so, meh... your call. I didn't think to check the harddisk size and wondered about the dual core license for windows -- maybe it has a dual-core chip in it or something.

Just to make everyone aware that wazee is not going back down... I am working on the network head end today and am installing a couple of UPS's so that it doesn't go down from power loss... So with that noted we may have up to 20 min of stream loss, but I will be working to get it back up as quickly as possible.
We have been throwing things together to make this work and now I am just trying to get it cleaned up to make way for the future. And to also not look like a rats nest.. Not to offend any rats that may listen to the station.

I took over a massive rats nest at work 2 years ago (and have spent a year getting it cleaned up), I applaud your efforts to keep it clean!  Also, congrats Dyno! Looking forward to wazee coming back to life! |

That's right, we are all comming back out of the wood work! I used to have such a blast doing the show every Friday night. Hopefully soon we can get all of the bugs and such worked out and get it back up and running.
