I'ts a way of raiting your peers. You "yay" them (but the process is backwards right now) if you like them, "boo" them if they've said something you don't like or whatever. I'ts kind of, well, pointless to be honest. At least as far as wazee goes. But I guess we can use it for fun.

THIS IS IMPORTANT READ IT ALL!! OK people!!! Here comes your history lesson!!!! (Midterm is tomorrow) Karma is like a scoring system for one's life. When you do things like helping old people across a street and sharing your CD player with your best friend you get good karma. When you are reincarnated you are more pure and closer to nirvana. After being reincarnated many times one will reach nirvana (buddhist) and become fully enlightened. HELL YEAH! Personaly I don't think one's knowledge about music and stuff like that has any relivance with getting good karma BUT I LIKE THE IDEA. Anyway... If your buddhist or hundu say so, I want to see. Is the app VB.net or something else? Maybe it's something like on Karma_Click event "If KarmaBooh = true then KarmaBooh = KarmaBooh - 1 else KarmaYay = KarmaYay + 1 or maybe it's just not loading correctly initially. Probably not a BIG priority, eh?  |

lol it's even simpler than that (VB.net app, haha.. this is a *nix server ) hoover over teh word boo, karmaaction=applaud is in the querystring. All they have to do is switch te query string for the boo and yay and it'd be fixed. Hell I'm sure I could even go in and modify it, buuuuuuuut I'm not gonna go messing around in PHP world; Don't wanna screw everything up -eli |

If you wanna keep up, I'd say take C#.NET, it's only slightly lower level than VB (imo) and I think it has a slightly cleaner syntax.

C# is a "dumbed" down version of C++. It's more like VB with closer-to C++ syntax.
