hey Guys, thanks for all of the support, its awesome to log on and see all of this great responses. Tanker thanks for the e-mails, we appreciate it very much and if anyone else is up to bugging friends to listen to us and vote that would be great too. On another note, we have some showcases and shows coming up in early June in California. As of now we are confirmed at the Viper Room, we will keep you posted and let you know dates soon. If anyone is out in the west Hollywood area and would like information on the show, send an e-mail to lashows@inspiteofmusic.com and we will hook you up at the show, we are always looking out for our wazee friends.

I'm not exactly sure what your saying, the winner hasn't been picked yet, and if we win we would definitely give the money as a donation. Tonight at 9pm they decide who makes it into the finals. there are currently 32 bands left out of 5,000 bands and after 9pm tonight there will only be 7 bands left. I'm sorry if my subject line was misleading, I actually though i wrote at the end of it, "time is running out". either way if we win or not, we will continue giving donations and encouraging others to do the same for this station.

Actually, this belongs on the same forum thread as the other one they started (so I'm merging them). Plus, how can you say that liam, after I deleted like 10 posts from you and your two band members I.S.O. deserves to win as much as wazee deserves the donation, so let's get this stuff crackin! It's a quick and easy vote, with how many people read the forum they should easily win so let's pitch in everyone!

If they win and they donate to Wazee it would be a wonderful way to reward Wazee for the support and exposure. I hope they win.
When is the final prize announced? Good luck!

If you like ISO and want them to win a record contract ... vote for them. If you like wazee and want to support our operation ... make a donation. But, don't vote for ISO because you want to support wazee... ISO, encourage ppl to vote because they like your music ... that's what the contest is about.

Howard is 100% correct, and I hope only those who like us are in fact voting for us, otherwise the contest is flawed and we would have won for the wrong reasons.
Our purpose for offering the donation is not for the purpose of a pay off for votes, its only a way of saying thanks for the support. Wazee has stood by us from the start and helped us a great deal in our endeavour to go further in this industry and we want to thank wazee for that. And if we win or if we move forward in another aspect and reach this goal, with or without the votes Wazee will receive a large donation from us and this has been said before to the people who run wazee, outside of any public forum and will be followed by us.
tonight at 9pm we find out if we make it into the final round, where it will be narrowed down to only 7 bands.
we will keep you all posted.
thanks as always for the support, we love this place.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to give you an update on the contest. Apparantly the voting period for this round has ended on Sunday Night. On Friday of this week they will announce the bands that made it to the Semi-finals. We will keep everyone posted, and we wanted to say thanks to everyone for the votes, we truly appreciate it much more than you can imagine.

Voted for you guys - best of luck to you ISO! I can't believe that they're unsigned, a record contract to allow this amazing innovative music to be heard by the masses is exactly what rock music deserves - but first us converts deserve a full length LP, enough of this teasing with singles and EPs. I hear a variety of influences in the music but the way they turn the two-singer style into their own sound is tres cool. I'm finding myself listening to their songs in the WMD incessantly - if a Minneapolis show is in the future I'd have to make the trip down to get a live fix!
