Up and coming pop rock/hip-hop sensation Southern X combines the best that acts like Kid Rock, Limp Bizkit, and the Beastie Boys have to offer, with their own unique personal style.

ABOUT: Southern X has been redefining hip-hop in the south for nearly 7 years now. After a short break Southern X is back and better than ever. Now in the studio again, with the support of a promising independent label 168 Entertainment backing them, they will continue to pursue the mission they started so many years ago. Doc Hollywood, the founding member of Str8 Shooter Productions, has seen a vision for his music since he was just a kid. While scratching out rhymes he was looking into the future like he knew what would be to come. After years of pursuit, and closing in a third solo album, Doc met up with a friend who was grinding out his own path in the hip-hop world. That would be Grand Infinity. At the time, Grand was a solo artists looking to link up with people who had the same mindset and vision as he did. When Hollywood asked him to feature on a track for his latest album, he couldn't refuse. So, after the release of the album Doc finished up college and head back to his hometown of Woodstock, also the town where Grand grew up as well. There the two of them would depart their solo careers and join to form Southern Exposure. This would be the start of the long journey that led them to release two albums and numerous performance opportunities. Also, it would give them the chance to get to know the Atlanta hip-hop scene and find a way to carve there niche in it. And that brings us to now. Southern X is currently working on there new project and hopes to release singles in early spring. All the fans that have been down since the formation of Southern X can truly understand when I say "Prepare..." ..
