Bio
In one form or another, Hawthorne Heights, with their melodic punk meets hardcore/emo sound, have been making music for 2 years now. Forming in Dayton, OH in 2001 under the original name of A Day In The Life, they immediately set to work on recording and releasing a full-length on indie labelConfined Records. Five member changes and one name change later and the band has still managedto do 5 national self-booked tours and has shared the stage with some of todays biggest bands.
Their sound is a mixture of their hardcore, metal and rock influences coupled with soaring and grooving melodicism.
