‘Reasonable Doubt’ is metal band from the Medway towns in Kent. Its’ origins reach back into yester-year where our two guitar heroes (Mark & Bjorn) used to meet to trade licks and make what I suppose you could loosely call music. For a long time nothing happened and then, all of a sudden, they managed to suck in a drummer, Andy, and then, after finally lowering themselves (and cos they couldn’t find anyone else), they picked up a ginger haired Adonis of a bass player (Dan). Then came the singers – there have been a few. Of the 73(ish) singers I will say this; they were all truly …singers. They finally got their hands on the current singer Tyn. And the rest is history.
With an ethos built upon performing an energetic and exciting live show, Reasonable Doubt has gigged themselves a large local fan-base which is now leading them London bound, and beyond. Trying out new ideas whilst also sticking with what works, the band are out to rock, and rock hard. They have recently recorded their debut EP “Aftermath” at Ranscombe Studios in Rochester which has received very positive feedback and is further increasing their reputation in the local scene. 2005 promises to be a big year for the band, and the addition of new drummer James to the lineup to replace the recently departed Andy takes the music to a new level of heaviness.
